"Upfront, Honest..."
My Experience I recently purchased a Vehicle last week at your Dealership. First off I was looking for a different dealership where one of my friends who is also a Salesman worked at but I was unable to find him but one of your salesman Steve greeted me before I even got out of my car which I was inpressed by and is the reason why I even parked and got out of my car and gave your Dealership a shot. He was very upfront, honest and very patient with me. He was doing everything he could to help me get into the car I wanted. We got the payments to work and I signed that night. It seemed so simple. Then I went in to sign with Wendy and she informed me my payments would go up due to warranty issues. I wasn't happy but I was ok with it. I then had to go back to sign with Kuan yesterday to finalize the Finance. He then gave me bad news that my payments will once again go up which I absolutely was not happy about. I wanted to get up and leave with my old car. However, Kuan was so patient and very professional despite my frustration. He helped me and to me whether or not its true went out of his way to help get my payments back down. We got the papers signed. I am very impressed with your employees and thier knowledge and willingness to help Make A Customer Happy. I am happy with the car and now that its all said and done I love it even more. Thanks for turning my Day form bad to great!

Without question. this is the absolute best used car dealership out there!! I have had the opportunity to buy six vehicles from you guys, and have never had a negative experience. your store truly is "One Stop Shopping." I know if you don't have what I'm looking for on your lot you will do what ever it takes to find it. I have never seen a sales team work so hard for there customers. I have never felt pressured into anything from the salesmen, sales manager, or even the finance manager. I bought a 2004 Volkswagen Passat from Justin Prebe and he worked around my schedule so well and was even willing to come to my sister's house so I could sign papers on sunday since i bought the car from Vegas. Justin is the bomb and has taken good care of my whole family. We love you Justin.

It's great when you walk in the door of the showroom and people greet you by name. I guess 10 cars in 3 years is good salesmanship. LHM is just a name, it is the quality of service that brings our family back. I have also sent friends that have felt the same way.
Today Doug went out of his way to see that Jessica got the car she had her heart set on. We had decided on the Sentra only to find out that another salesman had sold it. Doug not only found her another one, identical but a better deal.
