John Humphrey's was great at reading and acting on our needs and helping us through the process but I really didn't have an understanding of what was required. I have purchased two vehicles from your dealership in the past.  I was forwarded a voicemail by e-mail from a friend who had also received it.  When I first heard the voicemail I could not believe that I was hearing this from Tom, he had sold me my cars.  I visited your website to mention that I would not be back to your dealership, I thought that Management was backing up his actions.  In my opinion, to see how quickly your dealership acted to discipline Tom and then to post a public apology shows me that this is not how buisness is done at your store.  Thank you for not hiding behind this and for taking accountability for Tom.  I will continue to buy from Larry Miller.

I am writing to tell you how thankful I am for your help in getting my truck!  When I wrecked I was told that my chance of a driving a truck again was low and I should consider just driving a car.  I told my therapists and nurses that I would make the goal to be behind the wheel of a truck again!  It it were not for your contribution and willingness to help I don't know if this would have been possible.  Because of you and your company I did accomplish this goal!  My dad told me you were the one to find me the truck and I am so thankful you took the time to do that for me and your company covered the costs.  You guys have not helped me accomplish one goal but also made me overcome a stepping stone towards my recovery.  Everytime I get in that truck I am reminded of how lucky I am to have people like you to help people in situations like mine.  I truly appreciate all you and your company have done for me.  Thanks again!

My Salesmen were Kenny and Doug.  They were helpful and suppurtive with me.  As a young woman with this as my first MAJOR purchase I was very nervous about such a big decision.  They were patient with me while I contacted my parents and discussed the situation with them.

When it came time to clean out my old car they were helpful and brought the new car to me so that I did not have to move things so far.  They helped put my temporary permit in place and made sure that I was comfortable during the process.  They did a great job and I would like to acknowledge them

"Upfront, Honest..."

My Experience I recently purchased a Vehicle last week at your Dealership. First off I was looking for a different dealership where one of my friends who is also a Salesman worked at but I was unable to find him but one of your salesman Steve greeted me before I even got out of my car which I was inpressed by and is the reason why I even parked and got out of my car and gave your Dealership a shot. He was very upfront, honest and very patient with me. He was doing everything he could to help me get into the car I wanted. We got the payments to work and I signed that night. It seemed so simple. Then I went in to sign with Wendy and she informed me my payments would go up due to warranty issues. I wasn't happy but I was ok with it. I then had to go back to sign with Kuan yesterday to finalize the Finance. He then gave me bad news that my payments will once again go up which I absolutely was not happy about. I wanted to get up and leave with my old car. However, Kuan was so patient and very professional despite my frustration. He helped me and to me whether or not its true went out of his way to help get my payments back down. We got the papers signed. I am very impressed with your employees and thier knowledge and willingness to help Make A Customer Happy. I am happy with the car and now that its all said and done I love it even more. Thanks for turning my Day form bad to great!
